Charles Onyeama MD is a board-certified pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, known for his thoughtful, compassionate approach to caring for children and families. With over 20 years of clinical experience, he combines deep medical expertise with a sincere commitment to helping children thrive at every stage of growth. 

He earned his medical degree from the University of Nigeria, College of Medicine, and completed his pediatric residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.

Dr. Onyeama’s dedication to child health is reflected in his advanced training and academic work. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Tropical Medicine from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, a Diploma in Epidemiology from the University of London, and attended the Summer Institute of Tropical Medicine at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. 

He has also authored several clinical papers published in peer-reviewed journals, contributing to research in pediatric infectious diseases and public health.

Akansha Karowadia, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant with over seven years of dedicated experience in pediatrics. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is passionate about providing compassionate, family-focused care that supports healthy growth and development in children from infancy through adolescence.

Akansha earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Texas Tech University, following her Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Texas at Dallas. With a strong academic background and years of hands-on experience in pediatric medicine, she brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to every patient encounter. She is bilingual in English and Hindi, which helps her connect more deeply with families from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Known for her calm demeanor and approachable style, Akansha builds strong, trusting relationships with both children and their caregivers. She strives to make each visit a positive experience for families. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, trying new foods, and traveling to discover new places and cultures.
